Evaluating Your Own Happiness

Today, I started reading The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin and I was totally sucked in! I couldn’t help but think about how our own happiness can influence our ability to show kindness to the people we encounter on a daily basis! If we’re happy, other people are happy.  If we’re wearing our cranky pants then the people that we bump into throughout the day are going to feed off of that negative energy. As I always say, I feel like we have the power to flip someone’s day for the better or for the worse…which do you choose?  I challenge you all to take a look at your own happiness and maybe by doing this we’ll be able to improve our own happiness as well as the happiness of the people around us! I plan to start my week off with a smile on my face, a song in my heart and a little pep in my step in hopes to rub that off on others! Have a great start to your week!
